Business Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to Infor M3 implementations, support and drive process implementations
• ▹Support process development, collaborating with process owners, experts, and super users
• ▹Clarify requirements, and help define, document, and follow up change requests
• ▹Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, key users, and IT

Requirements

• ▹Relevant experience in Order-to-Delivery, Manufacturing, or Finance, or a university degree in a relevant area
• ▹Practical experience valued as highly as formal education
• ▹Interest in business systems and how digital tools can improve ways of working
• ▹Strong English skills; Swedish skills beneficial

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Infor M3
• ▹Experience from global organizations or manufacturing companies
• ▹Swedish language skills

Kanthal IT's M3 team, part of the Alleima group, is responsible for the roll-out, development, and continuous improvement of the Infor M3 system across Kanthal. Headquarters are in Hallstahammar, Sweden, though other locations may also be considered.
