Responsibilities

• ▹Operate and maintain the Microsoft hybrid environment and administer Microsoft 365 applications
• ▹Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident handling in Windows Server, Azure Datacenter and Meraki network environments
• ▹Develop and manage the client platform (Windows 11) in Microsoft Intune
• ▹Continuously improve the IT environment through automation (PowerShell, Azure Automation), roll out new features, and perform proactive capacity and security monitoring
• ▹Take part in IT development projects

Requirements

• ▹Relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
• ▹Several years of operational experience in a similar role, running and managing Microsoft platforms in a hybrid environment
• ▹Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially Entra ID, including identity and access management, application integrations and conditional access
• ▹Good networking knowledge and experience configuring and securing network infrastructure including firewalls, switches and access points
