Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of internal and external resources responsible for 4 different SAP ERP solutions used by 20 customer centers and 2 production centers
• ▹Own lifecycle maintenance of the application, ensuring compliance with business requirements and IT policies
• ▹Drive and follow up processes for support and change management
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to improve and enhance the business benefits of the SAP application
• ▹Secure resource planning, team capacity and competence development
• ▹Working with the sourcing function, manage contracts and vendor relationships for the SAP application

Requirements

• ▹Experience with SAP ERP solutions
• ▹University degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
• ▹More than 4 years of experience within an IT area in an international company
• ▹Good interpersonal and communication skills (the role involves extensive internal and external collaboration)
• ▹Good analytical and administrative skills
