Responsibilities

• ▹Advise customers on their simulation work and address their technical obstacles
• ▹Work closely with key customers to understand their technical roadmaps and immediate challenges
• ▹Understand customers' success criteria and jointly implement evaluation plans to validate Silvaco's solution
• ▹Contribute to sales plans and proposals for accuracy and completeness
• ▹Draft technical collateral explaining Silvaco's technology and differentiation
• ▹Provide training and instructions to customers adopting Silvaco tools
• ▹Collaborate with customers' implementation teams to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions
• ▹Capture and isolate technical issues, suggest workarounds or raise them as bug reports
• ▹Represent user-defined needs and feedback to business units
• ▹Give technical presentations and product demonstrations, supporting the sales effort
• ▹Document evaluation plans and support cases in Salesforce CRM

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
