Responsibilities

• ▹Wire customers' applications into Arthur's telemetry and evaluation systems
• ▹Build custom UI components and dashboards
• ▹Write the queries and integrations that expose evals and guardrails to customers' users
• ▹Sit on a customer's team and own outcomes end-to-end
• ▹Serve as the customer-facing AI expert, influencing the architecture and technology of customers' AI agents and educating on best practices
• ▹Serve as the technical point of contact on accounts: answer questions, write SQL queries, and build dashboards
• ▹Validate product hypotheses by building bespoke solutions for customers
• ▹Operate within complex, regulated enterprise environments with varied stakeholders (developers, product managers, security engineers, GRC analysts)
• ▹Close the loop with product and engineering, turning patterns seen across customers into reusable features

Requirements

• ▹Strong full-stack engineering ability, comfortable across infrastructure, backend services, and customer-facing UI components
• ▹A customer-facing builder's mindset
