Python Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Write clean and testable Python code
• ▹Build scalable services and APIs using event-driven and service bus architectures
• ▹Help design and build data analytics pipelines and infrastructure
• ▹Create unit, integration, and full end-to-end automated tests
• ▹Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to ship software
• ▹Support teammates on technical challenges

Requirements

• ▹Built and released at least half a dozen production-ready features
• ▹Deep understanding of cloud architectural patterns with hands-on AWS experience
• ▹Able to have a deep conversation about Python frameworks and application architecture with senior developers
• ▹Can implement the most common Python design patterns confidently
• ▹Experience with source control (e.g., git)
• ▹Team experience, preferably with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• ▹Fluent English — all client communication is in English
