Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the architectural design and delivery of scalable full-stack systems, aligned with long-term business and technical goals
• ▹Define and evolve backend and front-end services and architectures with clean APIs, high availability, observability, security and compliance
• ▹Drive the technical direction for frontend experiences, ensuring consistency and operational visibility
• ▹Architect complex workflow and orchestration logic for AI-human coordination, policy enforcement and auditability
• ▹Oversee the integration of enterprise-scale systems and data sources, ensuring robust end-to-end workflows
• ▹Set the standard for production excellence through advanced testing strategies, CI/CD evolution and proactive operational monitoring
• ▹Partner with product, AI and design leaders to translate requirements into strategic technical roadmaps
• ▹Mentor senior engineers, lead technical reviews and elevate the engineering culture

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of experience as a software engineer, architecting and operating large-scale production applications
• ▹Deep experience building and securing enterprise-grade applications, ideally in highly regulated environments
• ▹Expert-level backend development skills (Python, Node.js/TypeScript) and experience designing distributed systems
• ▹Advanced experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React with TypeScript
• ▹Mastery of API design and database modeling with relational databases (Postgres) at scale
• ▹Strong track record of technical leadership, mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions across teams
• ▹Experience operating mission-critical applications in cloud environments: AWS, Azure or GCP

Nice to have

• ▹Experience architecting AI-enabled enterprise products or ML-powered systems
• ▹Expert-level knowledge of workflow orchestration, state machines or event-driven architectures
• ▹Experience with platform engineering, container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
