Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build data warehouse/data lake solutions in tools like Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, Redshift, Data Factory etc.
• ▹Set up cloud infrastructure and design data flows
• ▹Design, construct, test and maintain data architectures, model data structures
• ▹Business/technology consulting, analysis and providing data-driven insights
• ▹Communicate with various technical and non-technical stakeholders (architects, consultants, project managers etc.)
• ▹Gather business requirements, design solutions, create user-friendly reports/dashboards, validate outcomes, run end-user trainings
• ▹Bridge the gap between the business and IT
• ▹Participate in knowledge sharing, trainings, webinars or tech sessions
• ▹Learn new tools and data manipulation techniques and complete certified trainings

Requirements

• ▹Excellent communication skills, capable of talking to people across IT and business, as well as to stakeholders at various levels of the company
• ▹Fluent English and Czech on a professional level
• ▹Hands-on approach, proactivity
• ▹Desire to deliver the best quality and meet the client's needs
• ▹Good knowledge of SQL
• ▹Understanding of DWH modeling approaches like Inmon, Kimball and Data Vault 2.0
• ▹Overall business intelligence knowledge
• ▹Willingness to self-study and learn new skills to handle any upcoming tasks
• ▹Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• ▹Flexibility, teamwork, active lifestyle

Nice to have

• ▹Python
• ▹Knowledge of ETL tools/processes
• ▹Knowledge of visualization tools
• ▹Business consulting experience and understanding of the internal business processes
