Manual QA Tester (Agile)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop test cases based on specifications
• ▹Contribute to software test plan creation and document testing
• ▹Execute tests per the test plan, produce test protocols, and evaluate test results
• ▹Manage defect tickets
• ▹Liaise with developers, project managers, business teams, and partners
• ▹Actively participate in defining testing objectives
• ▹Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to own work

Requirements

• ▹Minimum secondary education
• ▹At least 2 years of professional experience in manual testing
• ▹Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
• ▹Database knowledge (SQL)
• ▹Practical experience with API testing
• ▹English language skills
• ▹Quality-oriented mindset
• ▹Independent thinking, proactive, problem-solving personality
• ▹Reliable, precise work both in teams and independently
• ▹Good communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹ISTQB CTFL or higher certification
• ▹Knowledge of Jira XRAY or other test management tools
• ▹Knowledge of Agile and other development methodologies
• ▹Professional experience in banking processes
• ▹Experience in any IT project
• ▹Programming experience or development background
• ▹Experience with automated testing tools
