Customer Quality Engineer - PD

Responsibilities

• ▹Handling of customer complaints
• ▹Technical support and contact management with customers
• ▹Initiating improvement actions with cross-functional teams
• ▹Preparing and presenting 8D reports to customers
• ▹Initiating and monitoring sorting actions in case of customer issues
• ▹Following up on costs due to customer issues
• ▹Active participation in customer visits
• ▹Maintaining P-FMEA in serial production
• ▹Technical support in production
• ▹Reporting quality issues and initiating improvement actions

Requirements

• ▹Min. 3 years of experience in a similar field
• ▹MSc/BSc in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• ▹Fluent in English
• ▹Knowledge of automotive quality standards
• ▹Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D report, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• ▹Strong technical drawing skills
• ▹Substantive, precise work
• ▹Occasional travel (2-5 times/year)
