Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Platform (Tokens & Wrapped Assets)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery of token and wrapped asset initiatives, from smart contract deployment through API design and production rollout
• ▹Build and operate Go services and smart contracts that mint, burn, bridge, and reconcile wrapped assets
• ▹Drive improvements to the asset transformation and migration pipeline
• ▹Partner across Trading, Custody, USDC, and Compliance teams
• ▹Lead on-call ownership, building observability and runbooks for Tier-0 systems
• ▹Onboard and coach junior engineers, contribute to design reviews

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in at least one backend language (Go preferred)
• ▹Hands-on blockchain experience: smart contract development (Solidity/EVM), onchain integrations, or onchain transaction services
• ▹Experience with distributed systems patterns: APIs, event-driven architectures, data reconciliation, on-call ownership
• ▹Track record of owning complex projects with autonomy in fast-moving, multi-chain environments
