Responsibilities

• ▹Establishes strict out-of-the-box design standards and reusable integration patterns to minimize technical debt
• ▹Defines and executes the strategy for adopting modern ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents)
• ▹Drives a high-velocity development model using Agile practices and rapid prototyping
• ▹Builds, directs, and mentors a team of ServiceNow developers, technical leads, and architects
• ▹Modernizes engineering practices: automated test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, source control governance

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience, deep proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and IntegrationHub
• ▹3+ years managing direct reports (developers, architects, QA engineers)
• ▹Demonstrated experience driving modern engineering practices (source control, CI/CD, automated testing)
• ▹Strong stakeholder management, translating business strategy into rapid MVP releases

Nice to have

• ▹Deep expertise designing modular, scalable systems favoring out-of-the-box functionality
• ▹Proven ability to accelerate release velocity using Agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD
• ▹Hands-on experience or clear architectural strategy for ServiceNow Now Assist, LLM integrations, AI Agents
