Technical Cybersecurity Consultant

Orange Cyberdefense, the Orange Group's cybersecurity entity, is hiring a Technical Cybersecurity Consultant for its Indian Ocean region team. The role covers security audits, IT environment hardening, and business continuity and vulnerability management work, with results reported back to client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct security audits and risk analyses, recommend security improvements, and support compliance projects
  • Harden IT environments: secure systems and security solutions, secure Active Directory, and implement network segmentation
  • Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans (BCP/DRP), track and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Document work performed and report results back to client teams

Requirements

  • Relevant education and at least 4-5 years of experience in systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Motivation to grow professionally into cybersecurity
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-expert audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously across varied client environments
  • Willingness to travel, as assignments may take you to different islands in the Indian Ocean region
