Regional IT Project & Transformation Manager, Americas

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and coordinate strategic IT and business transformation initiatives across the Americas
• ▹Collaborate with business leaders, IT business partners, technical teams and external partners worldwide
• ▹Create structure, transparency and momentum across multiple projects and priorities
• ▹Manage scope, timelines, risks and resources while keeping stakeholders informed
• ▹Drive decisions, remove obstacles, and keep initiatives on track
• ▹Take on regional and global initiatives with increasing responsibility over time

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting or IT business partnering
• ▹Broad understanding of corporate IT: infrastructure, applications, ERP systems, data
• ▹Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in matrix organizations
• ▹Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• ▹Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, life sciences or similar operational environments
• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• ▹Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have

• ▹PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or similar certifications
