Responsibilities

• ▹Insight into and involvement in various departments, such as IT, product management, and development
• ▹Acting as an interface within the company for handling, transforming, and analyzing data, driving digital transformation from a technical perspective
• ▹Working in areas such as Business Intelligence, information systems, data management, and big data analytics and architectures
• ▹Assessing requirements for software solutions, developing concepts for software deployments, architectures, and networked communication/information systems, supporting information systems (selection, installation, maintenance, customization)
• ▹Everyday tools: MS Office and SAP, plus object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Java, C++), scripting languages (e.g. Python, Lua), and web technology basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as needed

Requirements

• ▹General higher education entrance qualification or an equivalent (with a passed DHBW entrance exam)
• ▹Strong interest in computer science, mathematics, and business topics
• ▹Process orientation and analytical skills
• ▹Customer-oriented way of working
• ▹Strong teamwork skills
• ▹Good English skills and openness to an international environment
• ▹Good German skills (level C1)

Nice to have

• ▹Prior knowledge of IT and business/economics
• ▹Enjoyment of data preparation and analysis and interdisciplinary topics
