Responsibilities

• ▹Technical assessment, prioritization and design of AI use cases
• ▹Designing and implementing end-to-end data and ML pipelines
• ▹Developing, training and optimizing ML and Generative AI models
• ▹Selecting suitable model and architecture approaches (classical ML, Deep Learning, GenAI)
• ▹Building production AI systems including deployment, operations and monitoring
• ▹Implementing cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure
• ▹Containerizing and orchestrating models (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• ▹Preparing, visualizing and integrating AI results into frontends, dashboards or applications
• ▹Collaborating with frontend, data and platform teams
• ▹Ensuring robustness, traceability and scalability of AI solutions

Requirements

• ▹Several years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning
• ▹Strong knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or comparable libraries
• ▹Experience across multiple ML domains (e.g. computer vision, NLP, forecasting/time series)
• ▹Solid experience with Generative AI (e.g. LLMs, RAG, prompting, fine-tuning)
• ▹Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• ▹Strong understanding of end-to-end architectures for ML systems
• ▹Experience deploying and operating models: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging
• ▹Understanding of scaling, performance and stability for production AI systems
• ▹Experience in direct client contact
• ▹Technical domain understanding in financial services and/or industry
• ▹Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
