Junior DevOps Engineer

TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK is looking for an entry-level DevOps engineer for an international naval defense electronics company. The role covers maintaining software development tools, building out CI/CD pipelines and supporting the development team day to day.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain and optimize all tools needed for software development
  • Extend and optimize CI/CD pipelines and support development teams in using the CI/CD toolchain
  • Assess own tasks against time, quality and cost requirements in coordination with those responsible
  • Continuous coordination within the development team on tasks, current issues and obstacles
  • Support the team in planning and delivering the assigned work package

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in computer science or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in IT or system administration
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and openness to working in an agile environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and good communication ability
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
