Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement an overarching test concept (across modules, applications or releases)
• ▹Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scenarios
• ▹Analyze technical requirements for testability and feasibility
• ▹Prepare and present test effort estimates to project managers and clients
• ▹Plan test phases including constraints, milestones, resources and dependencies
• ▹Prepare and run test projects in heterogeneous, national and international environments
• ▹Manage and guide one or more test teams (manual and automated, potentially distributed internationally)
• ▹Select suitable test methods, tools and quality standards
• ▹Organize reviews, test acceptances and formal sign-offs
• ▹Monitor and report on test progress, results and risks
• ▹Manage defects and deviations via ticketing systems
• ▹Prepare test closure reports and present final results to project managers and clients
• ▹Work closely with development, business analysis, project management and quality assurance

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in software testing, test coordination and quality assurance
