Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, create, modify, and validate software, applications, and specialized utility programs.
• ▹Design and implement GenAI agents and applications.
• ▹Develop and implement data pipelines, ensuring seamless integrations.
• ▹Design and implement APIs to make generative AI agents, data, and models accessible, following software engineering best practices.
• ▹Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and business teams to implement GenAI solutions.
• ▹Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, evaluating and adopting them to maintain a competitive edge.
• ▹Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• ▹Participate in the design, coding of large features, unit testing, significant debugging, and integration efforts.

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems), OR 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
• ▹4+ years of experience with full-stack application development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• ▹3+ years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and data stores.

Nice to have

• ▹Advanced degree (MS) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• ▹10+ years of experience in software development, data science, data analytics, or a related field.
• ▹Experience working with patent systems.
• ▹Architecture and systems design expertise for distributed, event-driven, and API-first systems with strong reliability and security postures.
• ▹LLM/AI ecosystem expertise: orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), RAG/search patterns, evaluation/guardrails, vector indexing; experience standardizing agentic patterns at scale.
• ▹Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• ▹Strong technical depth in Python, Java, TypeScript, Angular/React, and React Native.
• ▹Experience with SQL and NoSQL systems; Search/Elasticsearch (design, indexing, performance tuning).
• ▹Cloud expertise / certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• ▹Strong debugging and analysis skills for root-causing complex issues.
• ▹High degree of autonomy in task management.
• ▹Experience working within large global matrix organizations.
