(Sr.) Staff SoC Architect – AI Accelerators

Responsibilities

• ▹Track datacenter security, RAS, and virtualization trends through customer and ODM engagements
• ▹Work with customers to determine HW and SW requirements
• ▹Analyze current AI server deployments across datacenters
• ▹Architect enhancements required for next-generation AI product deployments
• ▹Define RAS architecture: error detection, containment, recovery, telemetry, serviceability
• ▹Define virtualization architecture for multi-tenant AI infrastructure
• ▹Define security architecture including confidential computing and trusted execution

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in Engineering/CS or related field and 8+ years of HW design, testing and commercialization experience (or equivalent BSc+ / PhD+ combination)
• ▹3+ years of experience with datacenter products (servers, accelerators)
• ▹In-depth knowledge of datacenter security, RAS, virtualization, telemetry, power, cooling, lifecycle
• ▹Good knowledge of scale-up and scale-out architectures
• ▹Willingness to work in an international, multi-site team

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in Server SoC security, especially Confidential Compute
• ▹Participation in OCP Security Forum or Confidential Compute Forum
• ▹Experience defining RAS infrastructure at Server SoC level
• ▹Knowledge of PCIe protocol (SRIOV, SIOV, IDE, TDISP)
• ▹Knowledge of Ethernet protocols with focus on error recovery and virtualization
• ▹Experience working with Product Marketing and datacenter customers on requirements
