AI Platforms and Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Work on enterprise-scale AI-powered search and retrieval systems supporting downstream applications and agents
• ▹Design and improve end-to-end pipelines (ingestion → embedding → indexing → retrieval) with objective evaluation and test harnesses
• ▹Develop and integrate APIs/services/MCP/agent-tools exposing ML/AI capabilities
• ▹Improve retrieval relevance, chunking strategies, and embedding quality
• ▹Evaluate and debug search quality issues, hallucinations, and grounding failures
• ▹Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to deliver production-grade enterprise features

Requirements

• ▹Strong Python and Rust skills for data processing and application development
• ▹Experience with search systems (lexical, semantic)
• ▹Understanding of ML fundamentals and NLP/embeddings
• ▹Hands-on experience with RAG systems and LLM-based applications
• ▹Experience building AI applications, including agentic AI workflows
• ▹Experience with API/service development (REST)
• ▹Solid understanding of agentic frameworks (LangChain, Agno, etc.)
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to have

• ▹Tracing/observability tools for LLM systems
• ▹Experience with Elasticsearch / vector search
• ▹Docker / Kubernetes exposure
• ▹Multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks
