Staff Product Manager – Automotive Software (ADAS/Flex)

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and own the roadmap for global ADAS/Flex customer programs
• ▹Analyze business opportunities, drive execution, and support go-to-market plans and global customer engagements
• ▹Define use cases, help shape software architecture, and write requirements for SDKs, BSPs and ADAS/AD/infotainment middleware
• ▹Manage the product management team according to organizational needs and goals
• ▹Work with customers and internal engineering teams on RFIs, RFQs and system-level use case modeling and analysis
• ▹Develop product goals (features, performance, cost, timeline), assess feasibility, and facilitate cross-functional decision-making
• ▹Translate customer requirements, feedback and market dynamics into feature requests for a differentiated product roadmap
• ▹Prepare and deliver technical presentations on product roadmaps and RFI/RFQ/RFP responses to leadership and customers

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹5+ years of Product Management or related work experience
• ▹Deep expertise in ADAS software development or ADAS software product management
• ▹Strong knowledge of Linux, QNX, BSP, embedded software and the ADAS software stack
• ▹Automotive software development experience, including safety/systems software
• ▹Strong interpersonal and communication skills across Product Management, Business Development, HW/SW Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales

Nice to have

• ▹10+ years of Product Management or related work experience
• ▹8+ years of automotive software development/management experience (including requirements/systems)
• ▹3+ years leading successful delivery of ADAS/AD software stack products
• ▹3+ years leading SW/systems architecture for ADAS/infotainment systems
• ▹Experience managing budgets and negotiating third-party business contracts in large organizations
• ▹Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
