Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Designing and driving the technical architecture of complex web solutions based on Angular, Java and/or Python, aligned with business, technical, and performance requirements
• ▹Defining and ensuring architecture, development, and quality standards (patterns, best practices, security, performance, maintainability)
• ▹Framing projects upstream: participating in pre-sales, design workshops, requirements analysis, and writing architecture documents
• ▹Supporting development teams and Tech Leads as a technical reference, ensuring overall consistency of solutions delivered
• ▹Making technical decisions and anticipating risks (scalability, technical debt, integration with existing systems)
• ▹Ensuring the quality of deliverables: architecture and code reviews, technical documentation, tracking tests and integrations
• ▹Actively contributing to Capgemini's internal life: leading communities (Architecture, Software Engineering, DevOps...), mentoring, recruiting, sharing best practices

Requirements

• ▹Master's-level engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 6 years of proven experience designing and architecting web solutions (Java, Angular, and Python)
• ▹Solid understanding of application architectures: microservices, REST APIs, security, performance, continuous integration/CI-CD
• ▹Comfortable in agile contexts and complex multi-stakeholder projects
• ▹Leadership posture: ability to guide, challenge, and support teams
• ▹Ability to collaborate and communicate in English in an international context
