Lead IFS Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the IFS Cloud architecture vision: define the target architecture and ensure coherence, performance and scalability
• ▹Engage end-to-end in pre-sales: strategic framing, target solution definition, demos, contribution to proposals and pitches
• ▹Lead architecture governance (Design Authority): arbitration, design validation, integration framing, oversight of developments and extensions
• ▹Direct and challenge IFS architects and experts: align choices, harmonize practices, raise deliverable quality
• ▹Ensure technical and functional coherence throughout delivery: configuration, interfaces, data migration, security, performance, testing, go-live
• ▹Anticipate risks, dependencies and impacts on the overall program trajectory
• ▹Contribute to growing the IFS practice: industrializing architecture frameworks, knowledge capitalization, innovation, community building

Requirements

• ▹Deep expertise in IFS Applications / IFS Cloud, with cross-domain vision across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Maintenance
• ▹Significant experience designing complex architectures and leading architecture teams
• ▹Strong ease interacting with business and IT leadership, including in strategic decision-making contexts
• ▹Proven pre-sales experience and ability to present the solution vision to senior clients
• ▹Natural leadership, a go-to reference posture, ability to influence and unite teams
• ▹Fluent English
