Responsibilities

• ▹Test new functionalities and create training materials
• ▹Contribute to change management activities
• ▹Harmonize service processes across countries
• ▹Support management of service partners and warranty processes
• ▹Participate in market scoping activities and coordinate with international stakeholders
• ▹Support project management activities: progress tracking, reporting, maintaining Jira-based project plans
• ▹Document, standardize, and continuously improve service processes

Requirements

• ▹Studies in business administration, economics, IT management, or business informatics
• ▹Confident use of MS Office
• ▹Strong communication skills and team orientation
• ▹Structured, proactive, and independent way of working
• ▹Active enrollment at a university

Nice to have

• ▹Initial experience with tools such as Jira, Signavio, or SAP Solution Manager
• ▹Prior practical experience in an international or cross-functional environment
