Product Engineer (Internal Tools & Apps)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build internal tools and apps end to end, from the interface to the infrastructure
• ▹Develop Slack- and React/TypeScript-based agents and apps
• ▹Design APIs and MCP integrations, manage infrastructure on Vercel, AWS, Supabase, and BigQuery
• ▹Build AI-powered features end to end on LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and async pipelines
• ▹Hold weekly one-on-ones with actual users (sales, CS, recruitment), translating feedback into scoped decisions
• ▹Reach for agentic solutions first, using AI to reason, build, review, and test at every stage

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience building applications or tooling that automate human workflows
• ▹Full-stack experience: API design, databases, async workflows and background jobs, and clean, user-friendly UX
• ▹AI-native mindset: early adopter of AI tooling with hands-on experience building AI-centric products via prompt engineering and LLM APIs
• ▹Extensive client-facing experience turning customer problems into solutions
• ▹Proven track record leading projects from concept to launch
• ▹Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• ▹Collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team

Nice to have

• ▹Deep affinity with sales, customer success, recruitment, or operations domains
• ▹Experience at a small, fast-moving SaaS company
• ▹Experience building production apps with TypeScript and Node.js
