IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in pre-sales phases: responding to tenders, pricing, developing the business relationship
• ▹Understand the functional and technical context of the project and the client's specific challenges
• ▹Manage your team
• ▹Steer project delivery: monitor team progress, ensure compliance with contractual and budget commitments, deliverable quality, timelines and budgets
• ▹Manage the long-term client relationship: contractual and financial negotiations, defusing dissatisfaction, resolving crises, ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree with at least 5 years of significant experience in fixed-price (forfait) project management and leading functional and technical teams
• ▹Good general understanding of information systems and IT production environments
• ▹Autonomy and proactivity
• ▹Ability to manage client constraints and propose technical, value-adding solutions
