Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Monitor alerts from security systems (SIEM, EDR/XDR, NDR, honeypots) and qualify suspicious or malicious events
• ▹Conduct complex technical investigations: memory analysis, disk and network forensics, event correlation, identification of TTPs (tactics, techniques, procedures)
• ▹Quickly contain incidents to limit impact, define an appropriate remediation strategy, and coordinate corrective actions with technical and business teams
• ▹Produce clear, documented incident reports tailored to the target audience (CIO, senior management, external partners)
• ▹Act as a key player in cyber crisis management: participate in the crisis unit, track events in real time, act as operational coordinator, plan the return to normal
• ▹Organize, facilitate and debrief crisis management exercises (tabletop scenarios, full-scale technical simulations)
• ▹Actively contribute to updating and improving procedures (runbooks, SOPs, playbooks) based on lessons learned from incidents
• ▹Maintain a regular technical watch on emerging threats, offensive tools, critical vulnerabilities, and regulatory or methodological changes (MITRE ATT&CK, CERT, CISA)
• ▹Actively contribute to upskilling junior analysts: coaching, reviewing deliverables, supporting investigations and post-mortems
• ▹Represent the cybersecurity function to various stakeholders: internal and external auditors, security committees, cross-functional projects, partnerships with CERTs or public institutions (ANSSI)

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT or cybersecurity (minimum Master's degree, Bac+5)
• ▹5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• ▹Strong skills in investigation, incident response, forensics and crisis management
• ▹Technical leadership and a pedagogical mindset
• ▹Tools: SIEM, EDR/XDR, forensic tools (FTK, Volatility, etc.); analysis of logs, memory and network in Linux and Windows environments; frameworks: MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27035, NIST, SANS
