Responsibilities

• ▹Support the integration of subsidiaries and acquired companies into the group's information system
• ▹Identify the technical and functional prerequisites needed for integration
• ▹Define, formalize and improve IT integration processes with a view to industrialization
• ▹Coordinate between infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, digital workplace and business teams
• ▹Identify technical connection points and ensure their implementation
• ▹Track integration steps through to operational validation
• ▹Support projects related to digital identity management
• ▹Ensure the prerequisites for creating and managing user identities
• ▹Gather business needs and relay them to the IAM teams
• ▹Collaborate with the IAM teams on Active Directory, LDAP, IGA and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• ▹Take part in creating and evolving access management processes
• ▹Track User Stories with Product Managers and technical teams
• ▹Contribute to securing and ensuring compliance of authorization processes
• ▹Take part in the deployment and integration of Microsoft 365 solutions
• ▹Support users in adopting new collaboration tools
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments
• ▹Harmonize usage across the group's various entities
• ▹Maintain and evolve collaborative spaces dedicated to subsidiaries
• ▹Produce and maintain documentation for integration processes
• ▹Contribute to the management and consistency of enterprise repositories
• ▹Identify organizational or technical gaps and propose improvement solutions
• ▹Capitalize on lessons learned to optimize future integrations
• ▹Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration program's methods, tools and processes

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT or equivalent
• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience in IT integration, IAM or Digital Workplace projects
• ▹Good command of the Microsoft 365 environment
• ▹Strong IAM/IGA knowledge
• ▹Good understanding of M&A and information system integration issues
• ▹Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a complex, international environment
• ▹Professional English essential, written and spoken
