IT Solutions Design Specialist (US)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the creation of comprehensive end-to-end detailed solutions with accountability for technical design and SDS delivery
• ▹Provide technical expertise and guidance to others in a lead capacity
• ▹Serve as subject matter expert consulting with clients/project teams on research, analysis, design, and development of technical solutions
• ▹Work autonomously leading a diverse range of activities, coaching and monitoring the work of others
• ▹Act as an internal expert resource exchanging technical information with project teams and providing insight to the business and vendors

Requirements

• ▹Undergraduate degree or technical certificate (graduate degree preferred)
• ▹7+ years of related experience
• ▹5+ years of experience with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk
• ▹Strong incident response, debugging, and problem-solving skills using tools such as ServiceNow
• ▹5+ years of experience working with clients during incident triage activities
• ▹5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams using tools such as PowerBI, Confluence, Jira

Nice to have

• ▹Background in security, compliance, or regulated environments
• ▹Experience supporting 24x7 production systems with on-call rotations (PagerDuty)
• ▹Experience acting as team lead or mentor for junior team members
• ▹Financial Services or Credit Cards domain experience
• ▹Experience in Testing and DevOps environments
