Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, code, and test fraud scenarios using Snowflake, SQL, SAS, PowerBI
• ▹Analyze marketing, distribution, and call data to identify suspicious patterns and trends
• ▹Partner with Fraud Hub leadership and data science partners on dashboards and models
• ▹Refine the framework for valuing potential fraud leads
• ▹Develop operational health metrics and monthly leadership reports
• ▹Define best-in-class standards for fraud analytics

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree plus 3+ (typically 4+) years of experience (math, economics, statistics preferred)
• ▹Advanced knowledge of data sources, statistical principles, and methodologies
• ▹Advanced Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, data visualization), PowerPoint, statistical software (SAS, Emblem)
• ▹Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with internal sales/service data or financial fraud
• ▹Strong technical and analytical skills with SQL on large datasets
