Lead Data Analyst - FinCrime Operations

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning; own forecasting efforts aligned with business growth and operational demands
• ▹Own data pipelines to maintain and improve data flow, ensuring reliability and accuracy
• ▹Develop and implement predictive models and perform cause-and-effect analysis to identify key drivers, optimise processes, and enhance decision-making
• ▹Provide strategic support and analysis assessing the operational health of the FinCrime function, cost analysis, and detailed operational metrics including quality
• ▹Monitor and track the performance of key strategic initiatives, capitalising on optimisation opportunities
• ▹Lead the development and implementation of the operations KPI tree and target-setting framework, integrating these into reporting pipelines and strategic operations
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders to standardise processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations
