Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, test, and deploy features and services tailored for the Brazilian market (Business, Consumer, and PIX experience)
• ▹Propose and advocate for high-quality technical designs and solutions that are scalable, reliable, and compliant with local regulations
• ▹Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain engineering standards
• ▹Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, and identity/business verification vendors
• ▹Automate and improve onboarding workflows and KYC/KYB compliance checks
• ▹Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in other global offices
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance
• ▹Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for the team's area of ownership
• ▹Act as a technical leader and mentor, helping onboard and guide new engineers in the São Paulo hub
• ▹Stay updated on Brazilian and LatAm market trends, payment systems, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level software engineering experience
• ▹Ability to propose and advocate for robust technical designs independently
• ▹Experience leading code and design reviews
• ▹Resume and communication in English (resumes must be submitted in English)
