Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex cross-functional technical programs improving data infrastructure, governance, and ML platforms
• ▹Drive end-to-end program execution: plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication
• ▹Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams on priorities and success metrics
• ▹Enable adoption of standardized processes for data governance and platform modernization
• ▹Remove execution blockers, monitor progress, report to leadership
• ▹Foster cross-organization collaboration for scalable solutions
• ▹Communicate progress to technical and executive stakeholders
• ▹Improve execution frameworks and program health

Requirements

• ▹6+ years leading complex technical programs
• ▹Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering systems
• ▹Experience driving cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• ▹Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with data platforms, infrastructure, ML platforms, or developer productivity
• ▹Prior experience in fintech or another highly regulated environment
