Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build AI-first platforms, tools, and best practices to enhance Snowsight developer experience
• ▹Drive strategy to improve agentic development workflows, targeting 10x developer productivity gains
• ▹Improve platform reliability through observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation
• ▹Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams on end-to-end solutions
• ▹Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards

Requirements

• ▹Strong passion for developer productivity
• ▹12+ years of industry experience developing tools for large codebases
• ▹Experience with or strong interest in AI/LLM-based applications (agents, prompt/tool engineering, evals, productionized AI features)
• ▹Experience with enterprise-grade build systems
• ▹Excellent problem-solving skills, strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems)
• ▹Fluency in Go, Java, or Python
• ▹Ability to collaborate and mentor junior engineers
• ▹Strategic mindset and prioritization skills
• ▹Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• ▹Outstanding written and oral English language skills
