Senior Reporting analyst / Data engineer

What you do

• Develop / debug / maintain massive ETL processes from multiple on-prem databases.
• Actively participate in process design and analysis all the way from core data to end-user reports.
• Automate batch jobs, deeply understand scheduled pipelines and autonomous processing, incl. multi-layer logical and/or cyclic triggers/blockers.
• Get yourself involved in strategic data warehouse optimization- and migration-projects.
• Take a key role in migration from MS Excel to PowerBI; Support the development and maintenance of end-user reports;
• Support data reconciliation, validation, automated cross-checks, process debugging, and quality monitoring.
• Strictly keep documentation in real-time, assist specifications with end users etc. Collaborate with local- , as well as regional and global structures.

What you bring

• Strong interest in large datasets and technical-related fields is a must.
• Excellent technical literacy and skills: Experience with Power BI / Excel / VBA; Oracle PL/SQL; ETL; Python.
• Minimum 3-5y experience in a data-position (analysis / reporting / engineering / debug).
• Graduate in: Data / Math / Statistics / Finance / Insurance or other quantitative or data-related field.
• Proactive engagement and positive attitude towards dynamically changing environment. Good communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English.
• Willingness to develop in data and automation: If you’re eager to find the optimal solutions and to optimize tasks, this is the right place for you.
• Good analytical thinking and understanding of automation concepts like logic- and cyclic-structures. Demonstrated numeric- and problem-solving skills. Your ability to present data understandably and to observe interdependence is key.
• Patience and attention to detail: working with large datasets demands precision and consistency.
• Interest in working in a diverse environment with international exposure. Eagerness to learn and ability to perform tasks independently
