Senior DA Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Deploy and support Design Automation (DA) modules for the assigned product line
• ▹Develop and maintain a roadmap of front-end development projects, including new product introductions
• ▹Work closely with experienced product line engineers and designers to gather requirements for enhancements/customizations to DA core modules
• ▹Support development of product line specific training documentation
• ▹Prepare and present activity and progress reports on projects
• ▹Manage content requests and resolve issues related to DA content and module deployment
• ▹Participate in product line meetings on Front End Systems projects and continuous improvement
• ▹Maintain the Front End Systems turnback/enhancement database and related change management processes
• ▹Support defect resolution for ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets through error recreation and documentation
• ▹Be available for occasional after-hours and weekend support

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from an accredited institution
• ▹Minimum 3 years of applicable experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and their associated configuration tools
• ▹Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming
• ▹Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship

Nice to have

• ▹Extensive experience with Eaton's ETO software tools (e.g. Bid Manager, MI Manager, Design Automation, DCMS, Plant Order Manager, Pick Work Bench)
• ▹Experience as a Customer Order Engineer or Designer within an Eaton product line
• ▹Experience with C# scripting
