Responsibilities

• ▹Support the further development of software applications
• ▹Assist in analyzing and fixing software errors (bugfixing)
• ▹Support testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions
• ▹Create and revise training materials for software applications
• ▹Assist in documenting software functions, error patterns and solution approaches
• ▹Support the analysis of existing analog workflows and their transition into digitally supported processes

Requirements

• ▹Studies in computer science, business information systems, digital society or a comparable field
• ▹Good written and spoken German and English skills
• ▹Confident use of MS Office
• ▹Structured, independent way of working, ability to work in a team, good communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Initial knowledge of software development, testing or application support
• ▹Basic .NET knowledge, ideally some practical experience building or extending software applications
• ▹Knowledge of low-code platforms, especially Mendix
