Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop clients' information security and data protection frameworks to meet the strictest international standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
• ▹Conduct internal compliance reviews, identify critical issues, and create solutions that drive real change
• ▹Participate in risk assessments and control testing that form the foundation of organizational security
• ▹Collaborate with IT and business teams, acting as a bridge that communicates security requirements clearly
• ▹Ensure operations fully comply with internal regulations and international frameworks
• ▹Support the organization through internal and external audits and certification processes
• ▹Prepare targeted, well-structured reports reflecting the organization's security posture and guiding management decisions
• ▹Create knowledge materials, hold trainings, and raise security awareness across the organization

Requirements

• ▹At least 4-6 years of experience in IT security, IT risk management, compliance, or internal control, including consulting competencies
• ▹Relevant higher education degree
• ▹Confident English skills, written and spoken
• ▹Experience with international compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, GDPR)
• ▹Audit experience
• ▹Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Consulting mindset, precision, and ability to work independently
• ▹1-3 years in a leadership role, or professionally and mentally ready to grow into one

Nice to have

• ▹CISA, CISM, CRISC, or other relevant certification
• ▹Experience implementing ISMS or other internal control systems
• ▹Project management experience
• ▹Client-facing experience, especially in an international environment
