Responsibilities

• ▹Programming, operating and installing machines
• ▹Supporting and updating manufacturing processes with affordability in mind
• ▹Monitoring line yield, scrap and equipment utilization daily
• ▹Performing root-cause analysis and defining corrective/preventive actions for process deviations
• ▹Supporting the factory maintenance team with troubleshooting and repair of process equipment
• ▹Opportunity to learn other backend processes

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• ▹5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
• ▹Strong analytical work methodology and problem-solving skills
• ▹Experience in SMT soldering processes
• ▹Knowledge of quality techniques (pareto, 8D, FMEA, 5W, 5S, lean)
• ▹PLC, pneumatic systems, robotics experience
• ▹Hungarian: native level, English: intermediate

Nice to have

• ▹Camera systems experience
• ▹AOI experience
