Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Supporting the Head of Security Sweden & GFs with decision material, follow-up and daily coordination
• ▹Preparing and packaging presentations and reports for leadership and key forums, presenting when needed
• ▹Coordinating input and materials from the security team and other stakeholders (e.g. Enterprise Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, Personnel- & Physical Security)
• ▹Leading or co-leading security-related projects and change activities
• ▹Tracking actions, risks and dependencies from decision to implementation and closure
• ▹Acting as a trusted sounding board on priorities, risks and ways of working

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in project management, PMO or coordination roles, preferably within security, risk, crisis management or compliance
• ▹Strong skills in structuring, planning and prioritizing with attention to detail
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• ▹Comfortable working close to senior leadership and presenting in steering groups
• ▹Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented
• ▹High integrity and security awareness, comfortable handling confidential information
