MOC Duty Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Providing immediate real-time advice and guidance to Wizz Air pilots on MEL dispatch and technical troubleshooting
• ▹Acting as the primary interface between the maintenance department and flight crew
• ▹Managing the AOG recovery process, including initiating and following up on AOG spares requests
• ▹Ensuring compliance with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements
• ▹Monitoring MEL/CDL/critical deferred defects across the fleet and coordinating rectification plans
• ▹Tracking and analyzing repetitive defects across the fleet, liaising with flight crew and maintenance providers
• ▹Liaising with maintenance providers to address technical issues
• ▹Obtaining approved data from TC/STC holder or Part 21 DO for non-standard damage or intensive troubleshooting
