Senior SAP BW/4HANA Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement data models in SAP BW/4HANA
• ▹Develop and maintain SAP HANA Calculation Views
• ▹Build and optimize data transformations using AMDP and ABAP
• ▹Manage data lifecycle processes, including data tiering and archiving strategies
• ▹Design and maintain BW authorization concepts
• ▹Develop and enhance data extractors (ODP, CDS views) for reliable data integration
• ▹Ensure quality assurance through testing, validation, and proper technical documentation
• ▹Guarantee stable, error-free, and high-performance operation of applications

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA (or BW on HANA) development
• ▹Strong ability to work independently and in a self-driven manner
• ▹Fluent English
• ▹Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks)
• ▹Knowledge of Power BI
• ▹Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• ▹German language skills
