Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze customer and operational requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
• ▹Guide stakeholders toward standardized best practices and identify improvement opportunities
• ▹Perform FIT/GAP analyses between business needs and available IT products
• ▹Support solution design, documentation, testing, and go-live activities
• ▹Collaborate closely with Solution Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent experience
• ▹Experience in logistics processes and related IT applications
• ▹Strong background in business analysis and project delivery
• ▹Strong knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder), SQL, Python, and Power BI
• ▹Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear IT requirements
