Software Engineer (Python or Java)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability backend services
• ▹Work with product and UX teams to build generic solutions for stakeholders
• ▹Design, develop, and test secure, reliable, and scalable features
• ▹Review code and provide feedback on best practices
• ▹Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience with backend technologies (Python or Java)
• ▹Basic understanding of AWS services
• ▹Version control tools and processes (e.g. Git, Gitflow)
• ▹Experience with continuous delivery of cloud-based software
• ▹Ownership of features from design through acceptance testing and deployment
• ▹Good written and verbal English communication skills
