Software Asset Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage the full lifecycle of the company's software licenses (from request to disposal)
• ▹Proactively register the company's licenses in the license inventory system
• ▹Precisely document tasks using the ticketing system, in compliance with SLA times
• ▹Handle license management tasks for onboarding/offboarding processes
• ▹Develop and maintain the software catalog, and establish and maintain software standards
• ▹Provide expert support for procurement and initiate purchases in line with preferred standards

Requirements

• ▹At least secondary-level technical/IT vocational education
• ▹1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and license management
• ▹Excellent problem-solving skills
• ▹Precise, accurate work
• ▹Basic English knowledge
