IP Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹full-scope operation of IP backhaul network systems and equipment
• ▹participation in complex planning processes: planning the installation of new devices, preparing system-engineering plans, coordinating installation, network configuration and device setup
• ▹resolving complex faults occurring on IP backhaul network systems and equipment
• ▹accurately maintaining technical records for managed devices and administering fault-resolution processes in the ticketing system
• ▹examining the technical parameters of new equipment, selecting and testing network devices, defining and evaluating quality metrics
• ▹providing continuous on-call duty

Requirements

• ▹technical higher education degree
• ▹3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• ▹intermediate professional English and native-level Hungarian
• ▹knowledge of IP technologies
• ▹familiarity with Huawei, Nokia and Cisco equipment
