Responsibilities

• ▹collecting and prioritizing AI needs across the whole company
• ▹providing professional leadership for AI projects and holding them accountable for business results
• ▹managing the AI backlog, focusing on the items with the highest return
• ▹identifying efficiency-improvement opportunities through automation and predictive analytics
• ▹leading AI-focused change management (role transformations, organizational adaptation)
• ▹managing senior executive stakeholders, including in difficult situations
• ▹collaborating with IT, Data Science, BI, PMO and legal teams
• ▹preparing business cases and demonstrating the business value of AI

Requirements

• ▹higher education degree in economics or IT
• ▹10+ years of experience in complex business or technology environments
• ▹confident communication at senior executive level, including in conflict situations
• ▹a vision for the business use of AI and the ability to convey it clearly
• ▹ability to hold AI projects accountable for, and realize, business results
• ▹working knowledge of the technical fundamentals of AI
• ▹conversational-level business English
