Telecommunications Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate microwave network systems and equipment, perform required network settings and configuration
• ▹Identify and resolve faults in microwave systems and equipment, document fault resolution in the ticketing system
• ▹Maintain accurate technical records for managed equipment, support installation and configuration of new devices
• ▹Propose equipment replacement or configuration changes, participate in testing of new equipment
• ▹Contribute to selection of microwave network equipment
• ▹Collaborate with other departments on planning and implementing new network services

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree (technical field preferred)
• ▹Conversational English and native-level Hungarian
• ▹1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• ▹Knowledge of microwave equipment and systems, with operational and configuration experience
• ▹Solid understanding of transmission technology and microwave systems
• ▹Willingness to be on call outside working hours
