Citizen AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the spread of AI usage, employee education, knowledge sharing and internal community building
• ▹Roll out end-user AI tools (e.g. Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) at bank level, ensuring consistent and well-supported use
• ▹Establish the operating framework for Citizen AI, taking ownership of the consistency of AI adoption and enablement initiatives
• ▹Organize and coordinate trainings, workshops and internal knowledge-transfer sessions
• ▹Participate in building and managing the internal AI community
• ▹Build and support the AI Champion network
• ▹Plan and implement AI-related internal communication activities (newsletters, campaigns, intranet content)
• ▹Contribute to creating and editing content for the AI intranet page and related knowledge-sharing platforms
• ▹Support business areas and management in understanding AI opportunities, limitations and responsible use
• ▹Collect and systematize reusable activation patterns, formulate lessons learned and recommendations
• ▹Participate in developing methodology for measuring AI usage and evaluating results

Requirements

• ▹Experience supporting the organizational rollout of digital, AI or other new technology tools, where success depends on broad user adoption
• ▹Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
